I’ve done an art cover for The Hero Initiative’s New Avengers 100 project! My New Avengers cover features two old Avengers, because that’s how I roll.

Click on the image to see the front and back folded out. The comic will be put up for auction (along with others done by about 100 other comics artists!) sometime in the near future to benefit the Hero Initiative, a charity to help support veteran comics creators in need of emergency financial assistance.

Your Mass Effect Fangirl Moment

I’m a huge fan of BioWare’s style of RPG storytelling, so when my friend Twyst asked me if I would draw her version of Mass Effect hero Commander Shepard, I was all “Oh, HELL yeah!” And to satisfy my own enthusiasm for the subject matter, I went on to color the piece in Photoshop.

Heroes Con Sketch Preorders!

For 24 hours (until noon Tuesday, June 1, Pacific time) I’ll be taking advance convention sketch orders to be picked up at Heroes Con in Charlotte, NC this Friday-Sunday! Sketches are black & white on 6″ x 9″ watercolor paper. $40 for full body, $20 for a head shot. Write me through the contact page on this site, or use the email address you will find there. Free Comic Book Day at Rogue’s Gallery this Saturday
